Organized by the New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association (NLPRA), the “Little Joys Theatre” Four‑Panel Comic Contest was themed “Listen to the little joys in your heart, discover new joys in life.” The contest encouraged everyone to use the 4Rs of mental health—Rest, Relaxation, Relationship, and Resilience—as creative inspiration, sharing through comics how to face challenges in daily life and promoting holistic well‑being.
In the secondary school category, student Yu Haolin from Class 5A won third place with her work ‘Four Small Steps to Relieve Stress’. Her sincere and adorable drawing style, filled with positive energy, impressed the judges.
