“National Security for Home” Tuen Mun Secondary School Speed Challenge

The Tuen Mun inter-school competition was an intense and exhilarating event, with nineteen secondary schools and twenty-eight teams competing. Our school proudly achieved the Merit Award, demonstrating that safeguarding national security can also embody passion and vitality.

Organized by the Tuen Mun Police District, the “National Security for Home” Tuen Mun Secondary School Speed Challenge was recently held at the main arena on the fifth floor of Siu Lun Sports Centre. This was not an ordinary athletic contest of running and jumping, but rather a competition that combined speed, teamwork, and sportsmanship. It provided young participants with a profound experience of the meaning behind “National Security for Home” through effort and perseverance.

Our school dispatched eight outstanding students to take part in the challenge. Ultimately, they distinguished themselves among twenty-eight strong teams and secured the Merit Award. We applaud their dedication and determination. With both speed and knowledge of national security, they exemplify how future pillars of society are cultivated.
